From order to live app
Five steps, start to finish — including the one step that isn't up to us.
Choose your plan
Pick One-Time or Subscription. A 50% deposit is due to begin work.
We build your hotel's content
You provide rooms, tariffs, photos, facilities, and hotel details through your own Hotel Management dashboard — the same panel you'll use to run the hotel day to day afterward, not a one-time intake form.
Your branded app gets built
Your app is built with your name, icon, and branding — no other hotel's identity, no shared app. Each hotel gets its own build, generated from your details in step 2.
Google Play testing period
Before any new app can go live on the Play Store, Google requires it to run through a closed testing period — a minimum of 12 real testers using the app continuously for 14 days. This is Google's policy for all new apps published under a personal developer account, not something Niwaas adds or controls.
Once that period completes, Google's own review typically takes up to another week. In practice, expect roughly 2–3 weeks between your app being built and it appearing live on the Play Store — this is the same timeline every new Android app goes through, not specific to your hotel.
Live and taking bookings
Once approved, guests can find and use your app immediately.
